I had booked two tickets on Olivea travels by using Groupon offer which promised attractive discounts. They were good and sent the confirmation of the tickets within 2 days. Then just one day before travel, they cancelled the ticket citing technical reasons.
Then all hell broke loos and they went on hibernate mode. Nobody is responding to our calls and our emails are not even getting automated replies. It appears they have just vanished. Both Olivea and Groupon have really conspired to cheat customers.
I ended up buying flight tickets on the last day at astronomical prices. I am not even asking for any compensation from them. Just the refund of my money will make me happy and see these entities as honest guys who made one normal error. But the way they are currently behaving, I am sure , it is a planned scam and nothing more.
