I have got delivery on 14/04/2010 of my new Chevy Beat from GALLOPS MOTOR PVT. LTD., Sarkhej Gandhi nagar highway, Ahmedabad My Car details are as below Owner Name: MaulikKumar VijayKumar Pandya Bill Date: 13/04/2011 ENGINE No: B12D110AJVZ Chassis No: MA6BFBB2BBT045039 In details, I h...ave booked my New Chevy Beat from Gallops Motor, Vijay Cross Road branch,Ahmedabad. As there was very huge gap in accessories price I had decided not to fit this from the dealer which we have already intimated. Now, on delivery time I got a call from your people stating that your Car is ready with all accessories like mag wheels and all despite of big No for the same. Instead of committed time and place of delivery, it was delayed about an hour and we need to take Car from Sarkhej Branch instead of Vijay Cross Road branch as committed before. This is not over. There is BIG trouble in car is AC which was not working at ALL, I dont know is there any policy from Chevrolet people to have check the car before delivering it or NOT. Again there was noise coming from front wheels. After compaints, They have taken the car from my home and saying that they have fix the AC problem but still AC is not giving good cooling effect. they have register my car with RTO without taking my Approval I think the whole process of Chevrolet have some major problem starting from Sales people to Delivery and after sales and supports and now I have already register complaint in Consumer court. At last, I can only say if you have choice then better you go for I10 or RITZ. Read More

Just read below mail you will understand Dear RIL, After a several meeting with your Sales people and feasibility test I have paid amount of RS. 2650 with reference to receipt no. 13010015912169. After a lots of calls and email eventually you have return me partial amount back after 3 mont...hs which is RS 2206.00. Can you please tell me when do you release rest of amount of Rs 497, which is as below as per calculation (Please Note: I have not calculate amount for 10 days as receipt was made on 20/08/2010 AND I am also not charging for lots of call I have made) 2650 + 53 (3 months simple interest as 8% 01/09/2010 to 01/11/2010 ) = 2703 2703 - 2206 = 497 Rs. 497 Again I have one more query IF SITE WAS NOT FEASIBLE THEN WHY YOUR SALES GUY MADE SEVERAL MEETING WITH ME AND ALSO SAYING THAT SITE IS FEASIBLE AND I JUST NEED TO PAY MY MONEY? One of my friend suggested me Relaince wimax. I have called to it center in vadodara made a deal of 1MBPS of wimax. I was bit urgent to install it and Max time periods i was having was one week. but after fixing a deal and given cash of Rs. 2650 all things has been changed drastically. Even after... 10 days nothing has happened and there was no installation process take place. I had tried to called reliance guys but for next 3 to 4 days they ware just receiving a phone and was telling me that it will be done by tomorrow. As i was having urgency I keep calling them even after 3 or 4 days but now no body ware there to picking up my call. I even dont know where to register a complain for the same. I rushed to nearer reliance office where that executive sit and explain me the Reliance wimax but after reaching that office there is no one whom i can contact to and the manager of that office told me that this office is for Reliance Communication and not for wimax. eventually I made a call from office to that Wimax guy and cancelled my connection. No I am suffering to get my money back. even after 3 months they are showing me date 1 and 15 every months. Please do not buy any Reliance product. it is wrost in the world and no service at all. Go for it only when you are mawali kind of person and you have ample of time for abusing and fight particular in Gujarat reason.Read More
