Last year I shifted my residence from JB Nagar, Bangalore to Byrasandra Blore. At JB Nagar I was using TATA Broadband with good reliable service but after shifting I could not get any BB service provider to give me a connection then after couple of months I heard about reliance wimax service read its reviews and horrowing experiences people had with it also I had no great regard about Reliance industry and what it stand for so I was quite apprehensive about it but as I was not having any other choice so I opted for it.
Initial paper work was done very promptly with out any hassel and within stipulated time, they came and installed the cute little dish on top of my flat. whole connection from dish to PC was neat and done professionally with no loads of wire hanging around. the technology is neat.
I opted for 300 kbps unlimited plan.
they hooked my PC on the net and the surfing speed was a delight and I was very happy but when I tried to log on in the evening there was no connectivity till next morning so I thought that all my apprehensions have come true, but subsequently it started working and now its been a month I am using this connection so far the performance is really delightful. only once I had no connectivilty for about 2 days but the costumer support assistance was excellent and the connection was restored after 2 days and then there was customer service asking for the feedback on the complain.
technology wise, its great. speed is always 300 kbps. since the IP address is dynamic so at times, connectivity takes some time. yet to recieve a billing.
overall I am happy to go in for Reliance wimax, I have changed my view about reliance services and I sincerely hope that reliance wimax would update its gear to give more reliable and robust service to its costumers
