Well this is more like A FAQ and not an actual review of the car. I own an Astar for the last 1.5 years not had any problems, as such though my mileage seems out of sync sometimes with what has been said. May be its because i use a lot of narrow roads which i use.

Hi bhar_dwaj, No problem everyone is entitled to his own views so some may feel there is not enough headroom and vice versa.. on the price front i am not so sure as the main competitor for Astar is i10 which costs much more!!! though i must admit its a superb car (i10) as well but costs much more th...an Astar...Read More

Hey... I faced the same dilemma as you avishkar here.. whether to go for spark or A star.. the choice was the top end model of Spark or LXi(AC & power steering) version in Astar for approx the same price..i zeroed in on A Star for the foll reasons: 1) I feel its got Awesome looks ...definetly a he...ad turner... 2) I took a test drive and the handling and driving comfort was good.(the Dashboard looks good tooo) 3) Mileage - as claimed by the company 4) Service & spares - maruti 5) family of 2 persons..so a lot of boot space not required.. 6) A star is a good vehicle but looks pretty small and delicate.. 7) service issues are a question mark??Read More
