Yes...I was informed about the charges yesterday which were even more than cancellation..they say that this is the fare difference...however today when the fare difference is nil (the fare now for the whole itinerary is INR 73296 whereas I had booked my ticket at INR 74800/-)..they are again making ...excuses and saying that rescheduling can be done only between 11.00 AM to 5.00 PM (although they have a 24 hour call centre)Read More
