I bought my SX4 ZXi on 28 Dec 2007 from them and still suffering...they gave a car with a cracked headlight and still not been able to change it under warranty. Hi all I did all that u guys have advised initially only and exactly after 25 days got a call today from Berkeley. they have agreed to change the headlight through an auth Maruti dealer in Mumbai. So far so good...but they needed a kick and did not respond favourably initially. Therefore, the moral... of the story is Maruti needs to educate its dealers nicely on customer satisfaction and customers need to kick them thro Maruti channel.Read More

Bogus Review Sajith...SX4 cannot and does not give 22 kmpl on highway and stop misleading ppl. Hope Maruti has fitted yr car with a Honda city engine. I too have a SX4 ZXi and have driven more than you ....3000 kms in less than a month. 2000 kms on highway from Chandigarh till Mumbai and rest in Mum...bai. Therefore. stop gassing. Its real world mileage in city is 10-11 kmpl and on highways 14-15 kmpl max. Rest your review is practical and good.Read More
