Update - As soon as i had posted my feedback here, i got a call from ezeego1 customer greviance cell and promised prompt action by end of the day. By EOD, i had got an email and phone confirmation from ezeego that my refund has been processed, and i checked my account to find that refund has ...hit my account. So i am very pleased with prompt greviance redressal of ezeego and i am looking forward to booking tkts from them again.
