This is a really pathetic courier service. They somehow get contracts from big companies like icici, citibank and PAN dept but their service sucks.
They have 1 person offices in most cities and hire locals to distribute packages. So there is no assurance that some day no one will run away with your cheque book/pan card/credit card and misuse it.
They dont have any tracking systems and they will never pick up your phone.
Apart from that, they collect all the packages for week, unless you escalate, and then they will send the package to you.
Most of courier companies will deliver your package in 2-3 days, but these guy take more than 10 days.
