We have an account with them in Delhi and whenever I go to them for any transaction, they always tell me that there is no internet connectivity. It has now happened 5-6 times and I suspect its the staff making excuses so not to do the work.
Also, the staff misbehaved with another customer and literally yelled at him. The branch manager didnt do anything.,
I asked them to give me internet banking form which they didn't have. I am hoping I will be able to finally check my bank balance once the internet banking starts working.
