Hi All, I have just booked a flat in Keerthi Gardenia.... Now i am very skeptical regarding the whole issue. They say that they will not have any penalty clause in the documents. Also this whole issue of actually having planned 9 floors - but now having 11 floors. I still have the liberty to pull... out. Please advise. Also the reviews from Keerthi flora are bad.
