Never ever go for Keerthi builders. Review on Keerthi Estates

Inspite of reading many negative comments on this builders, we went ahead and booked a flat in keerthi Gardenia. Its been 9 months from the date of launch and the progress till now is that they finished foundation and 2 slabs(for half project) while the time for time for handover is mentioned as 24 months. Still 10 more slabs to come. The initial plan was to have 9 floors. Many bookings were done and even the agreements. Many loans were approved and people started paying EMIs. Now there is a plan to increase 2 more floors. Many people who have already bought flats are not aware of this. When asked about this, they say that people were informed already and their views were taken and people have agreed on this decision. Now we are puzzled about this. The marketing people say they are helpless as its purely the builders decision. Looks like the builders dont stand on the word but money. Dont trust these builders. Dont dont trust the marketing people OYSTERS.

I dont see any keerthi staff at the site to give any rating on staff courtsey!! Unfortunately I cannot leave the review tab for that as blank. And the same goes for customer service.
