Over the last few months - there has been a change of service standards in Flipkart. There was a time when a book - which said 2-3 days delivery would reach the next day... while now the same comes in 5-6 days or probably post this you would be told that the book is not in stock...
For electronics flipkart is highly unreliable. I had ordered a refrigerator for my folks ( which was to be delivered at home ) - after 15 days ( or tedious follow up ) - Flipkart informs that the product could not be sourced - and yes I get the refund after a fortnight of cancellation.
The Call Center personnel - have absolutely no idea as to what to answer... They see exactly what reflects in the screen - and babble ( Come on guys - if I had to track the package there is the option in your website - why would I call you...)
Meanwhile I have switched over to Amazon.in!! Better - so long it lasts!
