Hi Bhavin, read your review on iTerm by AEGON Religare. I have bought this product on 20th December '10 and I will have to disagree with you. Most isnurance co's are bad at services but I was pleasently shocked with the high efficiency pf services by the team. What made me choose AEGON Religare over... others was a) the replies on all blogs by Sourav shah from AEGOn religare and resolution to queries. I wrote to the person directly n was assured immediate attention to any complaints. So since it was the cheapest product and they were pioneers in online term plan so swent with them. made payment online on 20th Dec'10 (the site is a little slow). Submitted nmy doduments online. Got a welcome call on 23rds Dec and my medicals were done on 24th and I am happy to tell you I goyt my policy hard copy on 29th Dec. B4 tat io got my e-policy kit on 27th Dec. So i am a thrilled custiomer with the srevices. What gave me a lot of happiness is the personal reassurance and involvement of the management people from Aegon religare for this product. Yup absolutely rite! iTerm is a rocking product. More companies should launch online fainancial products that help customers buy directly. This saves a lot of cost and time as we can choose and buy online without being conned by agents. Cheers
