Samsung Full HD LCD 32. Review on Samsung LA32B530P7R

Hi I am a delighted and happy owner of Samsung 32in Full HD LCD TV (Series 5 LA32B530P7R ). Purchased it last diwali(Oct2009) after a 5month search and survey. This smooth, stylish LCD excels in every aspect.

The best thing about this TV is the parameters the menu offers to dial in a good image: there is white balance, gamma, black level adjust, dynamic contrast, variable backlight etc. And of course the images look very sharp and crisp due to a higher definition of the panel itself. Images are sharper and more vibrant coloured than SONY (I compared myself with Sony KLV-32V550 ).

You won’t believe the sound quality of this TV. I have just added a woofer (taken out from my computer speaker) to my LCD and voila!! what a sound...don’t need any home theatre for the moment. Also when viewing snaps through USB, samsung fares much better than Sony. In Sony LCD TV the pictures load very slowly and you will feel that you are watching the snaps on a slow-internet connected Orkut. On the other hand my Samsung LCD displays the images at once and at good pace with superb clarity. Put some songs on your USB and start the slideshow with music.

For me HDMI out is most useful feature to get it connected to my Laptop with only a single HDMI cable and watch movies with crystal clearity (courtesy utorrent for providing DVD quality downloadable movies). And then LCDs are meant to be gorgeous looking, giving an extra showcase to your living room and in this field also I don’t think anyone can beat Samsung. This LCD is having superbly finished glossy surface with hidden speakers. The TV is so good looking that sometimes I stand and stare it while it is switched off !!!
