Same here. I placed an order and no response after that. If they can't deliver they should just cancel the order. I had order study table for my daughter. School has started but no idea when table will come.

I also own a flat in mahavir. Booked in Jan 2006 and still waiting for possession. Out of 1024 flats only 200+ are occupied. These 200 families also taken risk to live in project which is under construction. Lifts are not ready except in one or 2 blocks but people still live in 5/6th floor as projec...t have been delayed for 6+ years and they have no choice. 1000+ families are suffering due to greed of one family, Ittina family. My case is similar to rubai. Booked in January 2006 with promised delivery by September 2006. Four more septembers have gone by but still waiting for possession. Instead of building house they misuse Mouthshut to put false comments under different names and you can see on example here.
