Purchased a shoe on 23 feb.
On 28 was delivered an old scratched pair against COD.
Now it's a never ending wait to get any responses to get it replaced.
5 calls made.No one has a clue.
Effectively it's 16 days to deliver if its a defective product.

I'm experiencing the same.
Got a good shoe at a good price.
But was delivered an old shoe.
They sell used shoes it seems.
As per their TAT it takes 16 to 17 days to re deliver a deficient product.
Pathetic.
Never again.
Better to buy from a store. It's instant.

why dont you write to M & M. They may be able to help you in case you are feeling cheated. I sold my Scorpio due to all these issues with the dealer service issues.

Soniya Bhandup is the worst dealer. I purchased my new Electra and was shocked at their behavior, gave them strong feedback and they improved marginally. I regret i went there.

The scorpio dealer who i purchased my car from has shut shop, now no one knows who is going to get the RTO job done as the car is hypothecated to a bank. Extremely poor show of customer service .

That is another option given by Future Bazaar, should you want to excercise it. They have the details of their account nos of two different banks. It is so simple for you to comment and post it. Seems you have some excess money, try with throwing two thousand rupees at Future BAzaar a...nd then start following up. See their responses, and their callous attitude. This is a Forum to let people know about the treatment meted out to them by the stores, service providers,vendors, shops etc, You may also help people by not letting them into a trap. Future Bazaar sold the product to me, told me it is not available, but continue to sell to all thru the same site. You never know several people may have still remitted the money but never get teh product.

the review by Ravi is incomplete and very whimsical. There could be several factors for the Company to launch a car and prior to that spend crores on Reserch adn development. MAybe Ravi doesnt understand the dynamics of car engineering, masybe ravi drove an SUV for the first time, , maybe ravi doesn...t understand the diff in BHP and the Torque, .
