I bought my Scorpio CRDE 2.6 GLX 4X4 in August 2008 and just had problems from the start. The fuel tank was rusted inside and this blocked the filter in the tank. A new tank was fitted. I solved the problem by removing the filter in the tank and adding a second diesel filter in the fuel line. My car recently started swaying when driving at 100km/hr.
I have replaced the shocks and it is still the same. This is not a safe vehicle to drive because you do not have proper control on your vehicle. I will never recommend a Mahindra to any person. I have already advised two of my friends not to purchase Mahindra. My father also drives a Scorpio CRDE2.6 GLX 4X2 and he has the same problems. NOT A RELIABLE OR SAFE VEHICLE AT ALL DO NOT BUY ONE
I have solved the problem of my Scorpio swaying. The quality of parts used by Mahindra is sub standard I am sorry to say.
