@ Akash: If any online website is harassing you without refunding, just do this: Order 1 product each week on Cash on Delivery and inform the courier guy that the order is cancelled and he can return it back.

You might be a passive smoker. When you go for these kind of tests, you must make sure yourself not be in passive smoking for at least 24 hrs. They charging you high premium is not at all wrong they have gone as per your medical reports. Passive smoking may be less but still poses health risks medically proven. They are already offering the plan at dead cheap price and they have to pay charges to the medical team every time.
