I have also had same experience. Very bad at customer service. They don't really care after giving the loan for any issues. they got the insurance done for my loan from ICICI lombard and they have charged 25% of the insurance premium as their charges ( Rs 40 thousand for 1.6 Lakh of insurance paymen...t). This is ridiculous and no proper answers from un-professional people working there.Read More
