I am using the Tata Sky for about 4 months now; Signal quality is good, I think that is one positive point; Remote is very bad not user friendly, difficult to use. Also there is noticeble amount of delay in changing the channels;
Recently many channels were removed without any notification like Zee channels, Sports channels like NEO etc No SUN network, whenever I call the support they keep repeating same thing like " we are working to get SUN network" it may come anytime! - Absolutely no professionalism to tell whether it will come or not come in near future. customer support don't know the reasons why the some channels has been removed, they say only it is a management decision;
Once your account deactivate, after recharging the account, it will recharge from the date it is deactivated; Also it would take anywhere between 4 hours to 24 hours to get back the signals; The technical person told me that, since the signal has to be downloaded from satellite it take min 4 hours!
Wizkids programs are all useless, it has so much of slowless, no kid wants to play with it. Just a waste feature with Tata Sky.
Showcase movies charge Rs.75 for ech movie, which is very costly; You could rent a DVD for Rs.15, which I think is a better option
