I have Savings bank account with HSBC from almost like more than 9 years. I have experienced worst ever customer service from this bank. I had mis placed security device and it took almost like more than a month to get a replacement. Funny thing was they were sending the security device to my old address where I stayed almost like 5 year back and said, courier guys were not finding my house address!
Phone banking is the worst experience, the people disconnect the phone if they don;t have the proper answers, the supervisors talk nice but no actions from them for any kind of critical issues.
My ATM cars was retained in one of their ATM, nobody knows the reason for that. they all tell me the general reasons but not exact reason. It is almost like more than 6 months, I am still waiting for the debit card replacement. I got almost like 3 debit cards but no PIN was sent so they are useless to me.
I have decided to close the account but they are asking me to go to their branch to close the account, which I don't want to do. Probably transfer all my money and close all the relationship with this worst bank
