The service charge fiasco

the merchant is supposed to absorb the service charge arising out of a credit card transaction. these days even the fuel surcharge is being absorbed by banks when payments are made vide credit cards. when you go to a restaurant or stay in a hotel or buy an airline ticket, there is no service cha...rge that you pay, in case the payment is made by credit card. this is a wrong practise by Sundaram Honda and i have brought it to their attention also.
