Well, to the readers of the reviews on Mouthshut, I would like to urge you to look at other reviews as well. This was probably a one-off case. And remember, the case was solved after 'One and a Half Year'. Can you wait for that long? Keep waiting, they are never gonna come back. I had the same issue, they never delivered the bags and the invoice.
I would suggest you to tell them that - you think that the vacuum cleaner they have sold to you is spurious. Raise a complaint and the them the identification number of the sales per...son, telling that the guy is a cheat and he has sold you a refurbished product. It is not an original Eureka Forbes product. Unless they produce a valid invoice and a warranty card, do not believe that it is original. Give them a deadline and threaten them that you will go to consumer court unless they deliver bags and the invoice. It worked in my case.Read More

Well, I totally agree with the comment made here - 'eureka vacuums your money not dust'. LOL !!! Once these people have your money, they only realise, what bunch of crooks they are. They will never ever pick up your phone. The helpline is utter waste. They have a service agreement of 48 hours for a... complaint. But, what happens after 48 hours, you call again, hear the same stories, 'we have forwarded the complaint to higher authority'. WTF. They will never give you the phone number or email address of that ****** higher authorities. So, basically you keep calling again (I'm serious here) and again, until you get fed up, threaten them, post everything in public domain etc. Service resolution time of 48 hours is just 'bogus', it's like a constable in a police station saying 'we have written your complaint, now *** off'. ;-)Read More

Eureka Forbes. However, if you like having mental agony and do not mind making hundreds of calls to Eureka Forbes guys (by the way, don’t even think of calling their helpline, utterly useless), you can go ahead. My problem was solved after about two months and only after I made this letter public and threatened to go to court.
