I fully agree with you. The service of BSNL is very very worst. Staff rude, unmindful of customers problems. They think they get fat salary without doing work then why to work. I requested for shifting of my phone to opposite building on the same road from the same pole. I applied on 12/6/17 I got t...he message your application provisioned, phone got disconnected but no signs of shifting. When I call 1500, I get the message 'it is under process contact BSNL office'. When I contact BSNL office I get the reply the particular lineman is on leave when he comes it will be shifted, when he would come they do not know. Such unhelpful staff.
