My telephone number 08025483959 is out of order since 24/4/15 docket number 113238445342.Staff is least bothered to attend to the fault, a lineman number is given he is not responding. BSNL service has become so much worst many of my colleagues family members have switched over to other telecom Service.
By being loyal to BSNL I am punished. Is there anyone who can ask BSNL staff why they are so indifferent to their subscribers.BSNL Service is worst.None bothered to improve the service. Staff not responding.Least bothered to clear faults.Will the concerned authorities take step to improve it.
