Here issue is that why I was misguided by the representatives of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. to make the situation in their favour? On first instance, they told me that FIR is not an issue for the claim, but when the claim was filed, they took U turn and insisted to produce FIR for furt...her processing of claim.
