Pathetic Service! Bajaj Allianz can be called as Cheaters!
Never buy any insurance from Bajaj as they are pathetic in service. I had taken travel insurance from them and want to highlight things from my experience:
My wallet was stolen and as per the insurance policy of "Emergency Cash Advance" upto$1000 - the policy says that cash will be arranged by my relative and given to me in travelling country. But the same was not done. I had placed request on Friday but there was no action that was taken.
My baggage were delayed upon return for 3 days and no compensation has been given. Fine print says that its valid for onward journey only.
Some bags are lots from airlines but bajaj allianz intentions are not to provide any claim. Upon chasing them every time they let me know some document which as per them is not provided. However, everything has been already given to them. Secondly, they dont notify themselves and you have to follow up.
Pathetic call centre and email box.
all in all. its worst insurance company to buy insurance. We buy insurance to feel secured and not to chase for our rights.
Highly not recommended!
