friends dont belive and take decision only based on the reviews in mouth shut.com.
Since they were not at all monitoring the reviews before posting and getting money to accept negative review about the company.

hi,
I have got same cricking sound from front disk, engine noice, vibration,poor mileage. I have handed over my bike to smk Suzuki, porur Chennai. They clearly note down my points and taken a week time for service. Currently I have replaced rear suspension, front fork, disk pad, handle bar(its bent... due to mild accident of mine), headlight doom, chain bracket and some engine spare components. Since I have purchased on 2010 and warranty period over, it was serviced under paid service mode. total bill amount comes for rs 9500. Now I am getting 62 kmpl mileage with all the above mentioned problems rectified. But engine heating observed during continuous driving for more than 2 hours with high speed. Since it was notified after service, I am going to tell this to SMK motors during my next service. Earlier I have serviced my bike in abt Suzuki and mechanics still I had the issue. But it is resolved by SMK Suzuki people. SMK Suzuki people were kind and highly talented team . I will post my feedback regarding the engine heating service my December. Try to hand over your bike to any alternate Suzuki deals.

hi, while driving faster for some long time, did you face any abnormal heat in engine. Also tell me whether you are experiencing stuff suspension that make you to feel each and every patholes..

Change the service center. Me too had the same issue but I have recently changed the service center. If you were in Chennai smk Suzuki is better choice.I am enjoying my bike now.

hi vjyanand4u, Replace the suspension with new one from authroised Suzuki service center. After that this issue will not occur.

Vijayanand4u, If you have slingshot plus bike change the service center. Since mine had lot of problems and written negative review in mouthshut. But after servicing my bike by replacing rear suspension, headlight doom and rear brakes, I am enjoying my ride.

hi scapricon824, I didn't purchased the car till now. But as per the review by present zest users, it is giving 16 kmpl for petrol and 22 kmpl for diesel. Also it is having large fuel tank compared to desire.

Don't know exactly vijananad4u. But very hard and giving back pain during long trips.IT is not advisable to drive this bike for long journey and during low light/night time due to poor headlight visiblity
