I have bought Suzuki slingshot after test driving. From the beginning itself it had lot of problems. Suspension will be good for more than 6 months and after that you will feel lot of trouble. Self start wont work properly.Even after changed battery and that too not worked out. Spares will not be available and will have gear shifting problem. After repeated service though you will feel the problem. Also, you will get lot of problem during night time. Minimum or no visibility and that much poor headlight it have. Not reliable to drive at night time. disk break wil never that much attractive. Road grip is ok but not satisfactory.
Honestly no resale value at all. I am planning to sell this bike and planning to buy tvs sport. I have seen around 95% peoples recommended tvs sport and I have test driven it today. Nice and cute looking bike.
Update:
But one of my friend advised me to visit the SMK Suzuki service center, Chennai. I have visited the service center and given my bike for service. showroom people were so kind and so technical and they have replaced shock absorber, headlight doom, chain case, rear brake shoe. At very lesser cost. totally I have spent 4800 rupees. Currently I am enjoying my ride in city.
Very very smooth ride.
