This is in Kolkata circle.They did not do anything.An effort was made through district consumer forum through mediation but they did not budge from their stand.I have the proof to back myself in the court.To add insult to injury, they have served me a notice saying if i don't pay those bills i will ...be sued for compensation.I had had enough of their nonsense and I am finally moving the district forum for official lodging of the complaint against Tata tele.Read More

Besides that,their customer support service sucks!While attending the complaint,all the guys called me up saying you had exceeded the limit in the first week itself !I find it very amusing as with 3.1 mbps speed I have never crossed 5 gb in the last 3 months whereas with 155 kbps they are telling me... I had crossed 5 gb in 1 week in the current plan.They seem to be like marketing guys rather than technical support!I am left with no option but to approach the state consumer forum.Read More
