True! I got more than my share of monkeys.......Once bitten twice shy....I take it upon myself to fore WARN all prospective fliers. Obviously the final decision rests with you yourself- some mistakes are best learnt from other people's experience!!! And boy!what an experience....

I book 4 tickets on the net , get booked & charged for EIGHT instead. I call the coustomer care & I am assured that 90% of the amount charged twice will be refunded immediately and 10% after 15DAYS.
