My experience with Airtel has been very bad. I had called them up for taking a new connection, but they were not bothered, and didn;t keep up their promise of sending in their executives. Their rates are not that economival, when compared with that of VSNL. In VSNL, you get unlimited plans for Rs 56...2 a month, and the speed is more than 560 kbps. I am always on the Internet, as my business demands me to.. So.. I still recommend VSNL for any other connection..Read More

I think you are certainly wrong.. There are specific numbers that you need to dial, and it varies from city to city. Pls check www.tataindicombroadband.com. Moreover, its not a toll free number.
