I book 4 tickets on the net , get booked & charged for EIGHT instead. I call the coustomer care & I am assured that 90% of the amount charged twice will be refunded immediately and 10% after 15DAYS. I call the Deccan customer care after ONE MONTH to check the status on the 10%- they tell me that the balance can not be refunded since atthe time of communication with the customer care I had not mentioned, some odd ball nonsensical, reference number!!! Can any body believe this kind of ridiculous reasoning!!???? all I wish to state is that the lure of flying cheap means you need to deal with CHEAP PEOPLE ( read -"Deccan Airlines" to be precise!). The pleasure of Air travel has been completely ruined by these swindllers. My strong recomendation to all- Fly with dignity or Trains & Buses are far better.......You are herded at the airport as if you are being done a favour. Its comletely ridiculous to stand in serpentine ques with kids & parents in tow just because you have boarding cards with no seats allotted to you!!! The DTC & BEST do a better job of allotting seats. No it does not end here!!! God forbid if you need merely TWO seats together you need to be 'DARA Singh'.
If the Airlines is reading this & have little consideration for customers- they should immediately refund my hard earned money ( its peanuts for any body- but Deccan of course!!!) ,to salvage some of thier already battered image, if any they are still left with!!!
Guys stop being whimps!- Lets call a Spade a Spade- This Airlines is crap & thats where it deserves to go......
