Now for some positives :) Travelguru is very active on MouthShut responses. Thanks for that, Saunak and Vrishali. Points to note, - The results do not show up most of the time which includes times of high traffic. - My key feedback is that a flight should not come up on the web page if ...its currently not available.I guess I have uploaded screenshots to highlight that point. - I agree that VISA is a big brand, my profession revolves around it :) and TG too is a well funded and a key player in the e commerce space - which is why I am posting these feedbacks, because I presume that these can be looked into. - Thanks Saunak for the reply. The Rot Continues.......... I was checking for Bangalore-Delhi fights recently, and despite the fact that I did not want to book through Travelguru because of their lousy business sense, i just checked for flights on the site. As as expected the rot still continues at Travelguru.com. The site... is still low on technology and I am sure the service would be of same low quality like my last experience (mentioned above). The VISA cashback offer is the latest gimmick on their site. Though the cashback is from VISA's side, but travelguru has not even managed to keep their systems updated. Most of the discounted flights being shown on the site are actually not there and once you book them an error message will come up. Though travelguru might argue that their site is being refreshed, but I think all that they are doing is, posting some unavailable discounted fights on the site to dupe customers. By the way a travelguru service rep's hope posted at my review has come true. She hope that I have a better experience next time with TG.
