I too own a ritz vxi...i used to get a sound on applying the brakes hard at slow speeds. but its kinda gone now...anyways i dont care about it now as thr are plenty of pus points i like about my car -:)

Hey..i too have a ritz vxi..so far i am very satisfied with it. I too went to yercaud from bangalore. I got a mileage of 19+ including the ghat section. and 50% on AC.

This review is very usefull.
Since you bought the bike in 2007, can you please let us know about the performance now?

I was wondering...if instaed of making rolls, we dump the mixture on a flat plate with oiled bottom and corners and then apply the foil, wont it become kaju katli? :)

hmm... this one is gud...
only point is...you havent added either cornflour or bread crumbs in mashed potatoes. If you wont, the kofta may break down at the time of deep fry.
And do try stuffing paneer + Capsicum(very small pieces) + Chopped corriander leaves + Cashew in koftas. Stuffed koftas... do give a high impression :)
And yes...for a change, instead of white gravy, you can even go for a red or yellow gravy.
