Welcome to the boat... Buying this car has been the worst decision i have made in recent times ... Service is worse than your roadside workshops, cold response and super ignorant workshop employee. Everyone should get a skoda .. why should we suffer alone ?

@ zeeshan : The dealer has been cooperative, lets not get there. No doubt he is from sales, but even he could not have foreseen such an issue, plus all repairs n coordination is being handled by him. After Sales is Skoda headache, my concern is not the dealer .. but the premium i was ready to pay fo...r a quality product. @prad: they seriously have to do something about there after sales service.Read More
