yes it is useless. if u are desperate for a treatment , see doc.. she will give u the following.. 1) a correct dose of antibiotic.. maybe a little longterm. This will control your acne upto 90%. Remember, kaya people do not give u correct dose, and start their peels n stuff even when you hav...e pimples, which is useless. 2) u will be given topical creams and gels like Bezac AC.. for acne , which helps a lot..and Retino A for marks and scars. In all you should be spending the following -- consultation for a good dermatologist -- Max Rs. 500 in a good hospital -- medicines and gels/creams--- about Rs. 200. Dont spend a lac. Even the worst acne needs only what I have written above.Read More

The dermatologists dont even seem properly qualified. The standard procedure is to recommend glycolic peels + microdermabrasion to everyone who visits them (for acne related problems).
