On behalf of franken, I a member of the same team would like to tell u that in the first statement we meant that 99% of channels that is viewed everywhere in India. Eg: NGC,TLC, NDTV etc and channels native to our state. But not all the regional languag...es channels' count.*
Of course in India there are atleast 825+ tv channels and 245+ radio channels. Agreed. Rewriting will be considered.
In the statement, 'This package if subscribed do not require further addons (unlike other brands), except south addons as the package by itself has all channels included. This refers to Rs 395/- package.
I believe it is general practice to use 'except' in English to indicate single exception.
Of course all dth connections provide a choice for 2 or 3 regional top ups or addons which is common and need no special mentioning.
However, this statement emphasize that there is alt least one dth(among the 5) brand which ll require you to have multiple addons (other than south addons) in order to make a quite complete package. Which means in spite of having the top base pack you still need to subscribe for addons pack to make the channel list complete*.
Finally the term "almost full" refers to Rs 320/-(340 rs now) package and not to be confused with Rs 395/- one . Almost full is because out of 360 channels if only 10 channels are missing then it would be 97% of the total package. Typical citizens can afford to miss these channels.

35 is maximum mileage in city limits(rider+pillion), can manage up to 40 if a single person is riding and its no surprise the dealer from the showroom itself assures 45 max.
