A service that upholds pride of Bangalore city. Review on KSRTC Volvo Service, Bangalore

First of all, all you passengers STOP blaming KSRTC service. I've seen buses of other states with no window panes but welded iron rods, vomited and filthy seats, diesel fuming inside and outside the bus, paper posters pasted on it s body, colorful images of abstract people(infants, celebrities) covering the entire back panes, damaged and noisy suspensions, Weird quotes, highly irritating flashing lights inside the bus, Bad audio quality sound with cheap music.

You are jealous that your state doesn't offer such buses.Transport ministry has done a wonderful job with the release of world class buses not only providing a good service but also maintenance.

You're not ready to appreciate what is presented to you, meanwhile search some bugs within the system. Blaming the bus for punctuality in incorrect after all Bangalore's huge population and traffic makes difficult to commute buses.(As if you don't reach late to your offices).

I travel several times using ksrtc services.It's very safe and secure(no vandalism like local operators) . Guides to help us at boarding points. No bus changing in between routes. No faking buses.(Giving leyland instead of Volvo).  The staff is disciplined and polite(just like Kannadigas) and there is no way we can complaint a bus made by VOLVO/Benz. The light ambiance, mineral water facility and other services make you wish the destination was as clean as your bus.

The ride quality is just brilliant, once it was raining and as soon as we left Karnataka border the road conditions were hopelessness, yet the bus managed a good jerk free ride.Thank U!

Tips for travelers:

If your place is very close to KSRTC booking counter, then go book it there itself instead of online.

If you want a cheaper ride don't book Volvo, there are other services like Rajahamsa which you can try.

if a single lady is travelling, ksrtc is safest.

If you have a nausea travelling in AC buses then your likely to  complaint against them, so such can avoid it.

Over all a good experience of journey throughout. A best transport for the best state in India Karnataka - One state many world.  JAI HIND! JAI KARNATAKA!
