what did the representative informed you about the plan earlier ? when you get downloading speed of 80-120 kbps on a 1mbps connection, this is what happens actually ? i am also using hathway broadband since last 4 years the service is excellent.

@talib shaikh i have the SD version picture quality and signal are ok. I dont have much experience with rains. the basic plan is Rs200 in which they give 208+ channels is there a website to lodge a complaint ?
