I bought dishtv multitv connection last month and since the day it was install it was giving problems of signal not found on the child connection(second tv). 4 to 5 time I had complained about it but the problem was consistent finally one more time I called them up and complained. this time the technician changed the STB replacing it with another box which was a used one.
Initially I thought he just replaced it to check the thing.But when I called them again they say me for replacement u don't get a new box, u just get a box which is in working condition.
What I am saying is that I paid for a new box which didn't work for even a month.. so if u have to replace it, its not my fault I paid for a new box and I should get it. Why is it that customers have to follow all the policies u make which are for ur own good always?
