When you buy a life (phones are considered to be life these days... you can't live without it), you need a care... called customer care. Incase of Micromax, customer care is pathetic and illogical.

It’s true that they are fraud. PFA various complaint we made at The commissioner office, Rajiv Chok, and EOW, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. O2o shows excellent returns on investments, take payments by credit card with promise of returning principle and ~30% profit within period of 5 months. Payment ranges... from 51000 to 500000. However they do not return money and keep investors taking turns at their office. They issue some post dated chq and they got bounce. It took several years to recover even the principle amount. There are hundreds of complaints against this company on internet and many complaints at various police station (commissioner office Gurgaon, Joint commissioner office, Economic offence wing, Dep. commissioner of police, Gurgaon etc.). However no action taken so far. I know at least 20 victims and about few complaints filed at above police stations. Even Escalation manager (Shobhit) wasn't able to provide refund on my case. Over and above my Case - 581104 was closed without resolution... This is funny... As I tracked all details (Date, name and response) against my each follow up. You guys have closed this case without resolution (Replacemen...t or refund).... Neither replacement nor the refund was processed. Order cancellation and refund request was submitted on 18th Jan'13 and it was committed that I'll get refund in 5-7 working days. I did not get response... It's rediculous to see the case was closed without one of the possible refund.... Why? I spoke to Lakhan Chipa- 31st Jan'13 and insist to reopen the case... He denied. I requested to talk to supervisor, he denied and hung up my phone. Again I called, Mr. Naresh picked up phone... He denied sharing his sirname and denied passing my phone to supervisor. ... Hight of lowest standard of customer care. Details from my followup this morning: 17th Jan: Spoke to Mr. Salman (May not be a Khan). He again told couple of stories/exuces for delay...'vendor is not responding', awaiting response from back end', 'Supervisor is busy'... Told me that Mrs. Swati is... OOO and Mrs. Ankita (Asst. Manager) is busy on another call. He tried best to not to let me speak to anyone of the supervisor out there. Finaly I had him not down request for Refund. He said, it'll take 7-10 days to get amount credited. Lastly, Mrs. Ankita told me that refund takes 3-5 working days :-(. Lots of unprofessional behaviro/response from ITS.Read More

Hi Sidharth, I am facing exactly same problem. I visited 2 dealer workshops they deny having such product fault. They only blame user for not having proper maintenance like not getting alignment/balancing on time, running with low tyre pressure or driving at rough surfaces (But all do not justi...fy why only rear tyre getting wear out). One of the senior technisian at authorised service center (Non Dealer) also told me that same problem with many Swift and ask me to report to Maruti with picture. I bought Swift VXI (ABS) in Feb 2006 and only run through 15000KM. Let me know if you get this fixed? Kindly suggest how should I proceed.Read More
