personally, i thought this was one of dan brown's least intellecetually stimulating books. The end is obvious about half way through, and the reader can decipher most of the codes, while the protagonists struggle with it endlessly. Hmm..one wonders.. review for a shitpiece movie! What I loved bout your review, is it allows the reader to form his /her own opinions. for the comments, arvind and jayanth. Yea, it does include chunnel vision..good story, but sadly again, it kinda leaks out the ending about half way through....

..and an excellent review. I first read Dolores Clairborne a few years ago, and have read it several times hence. It sure stands apart from most other Stephen King books, and have often wondered how one could describe it. I think you have done a terrific job of reviewing an offbeat book. Good stuff...! If you are in the mood for more, I suggest you try Gerald's game. Also unlike most Stephen King books, and a terrific story. ...but I would rather 'play' in Mondegar any day. Beats Leo's hands down for music, crowd, and just pure ambience. Is just too cool. And if need an AC, these days the AC section is pretty large as well. And yea, they ain't racist in Mondies. Cheers

...review, and amazing place. Went there some 5 years ago, and got lost on the way up!! Our group seperated; some of us wanting to be climb a cliff that the others did not. We reached the top, to find that the path did not wind around as we thought it would! We were on a different mountain! We took ...8 hours for the climb, the most hair raising trek of my life. ...now that it has been a few days, am sure you have a slightly kinder view of our man Dravid! No greater fan of Sachin than I, but yeah, he sure was playin slow. Besides, I saw the 12th man carrying out drinks just a few overs before the declaration came...wonder what he said...
