Hi Anupam its true that the gm service is poor.. The problem lies in the way the employees are maintained.. One thing you shud notice dear.. in our part of the world it wud be stupid to expect something to workout thru the net booking... Its bcoz anyone can jus click and book for test drives and hen...ce the service providers wont give much importance to it...
