Go to the Samsung website and find out the address of the company and send a letter (explaining your problem and response from service center via speed post) along with copies of bills and warranty to the topmost person you can find. Then wait and watch. It just might work.

You should have read other reviews on this site and the complete review, along with a sample recorded video, on gsmarena before buying this phone. 1. This is a basic phone which happens to have a touch screen. 2.Very limited no. of phones have call recordings. 3. Seriously do you really want to... store even 500 messages on your phone? You can easily transfer more to your PC. 4. This is not a smartphone so no software can be installed. 5. When you are on call the screen locks to conserve battery power. 6. How many videos do you want to watch simultaneously on a 3' screen? 7. You can load Java games on MC and then play them on the phone. Guides and games are easily Googled. 8. Regarding niral65 comments. The review is my personal usage opinion of the 798MB Plus and not influenced by what all other magazines have said. Adding a Graphics card is an external factor influencing the performance of the product, therefore I have not covered it in my review.
