Yes patience has paid it all!!! And my dear amitwalia1982 I think you have only read my review but have not gone through the comments which I have mentioned later about my experience. I can say the patience paid it off. I think I have had the best experience while dealing with teh Fiat Guys.. And m...ind you I love every bit of my Fiat the same way I used to love my Alto... So even a little issue with the car can hurt me coz I have bought it with hard earned money.. I am not lying to defame FIAT as that would have never served my purpose but wanted to get the feedbacks of other punto owners ONLY and not from the admirers..I think you have been really unlucky in terms of LETHARGIC SERVICE as you mentioned...I think its high time that you come out of your old Palio to upgrade one and then talk about this car...Read More

As far as I can remember , once I checked in the manual, I saw 32 in all tyres.. and yes my car is always loaded full.. but I guess I ll check up with Fiat customer care. also if you guys can confirm me..

Guys can somebody tell me what is the exact tyre pressure you are filling in MJD cars?? is it 32 or 30 in all tyres.. do reply as these hawa walas do it by mere guess

Feels good to say that my car is doing perfectly fine now. its been two days since we have got the car back... Fiat engineers have done their job and the best part was that they came twice to our house right at the time we had mentioned (since it was raining heavily all this while in kolkata) and ch...ecked it personally if the noise still persist.. They have assured us that though they have got their return tickets only after our problem was solved, but have kept the complain open for this week for us to monitor the same. This morning also Mr.Almeida from Fiat called us to ensure if our car was running smoothly or not. I must say that Fiat has really understood our plight and have really taken care of that.. He has even assured us that even if the problem re-occurs, we should inform him so that they will again fly down here immediately to solve it. How nice of FIAT!!!Read More

Guys here is todays news!! Akhil you were right!!! My husband gave a stringent mail to CEO day before yesterday i.e 2nd september at around 3.30 pm , believe it or not, next morning that is thursday on 3rd september, he got a call at 8.15am from customer service pune saying that there quality s...ervice manager and a fiat direct technician have already rched kolkata overnight to attend the problem. we were pretty surprise with the call. We went to the garage and they were already there out from their hotels to inspect the car.. They have assured us that they will rectify the problem. Now the problem is such that it happens only in the morning. So those guys had asked us to take the car back to my place so that they would be specially coming down at our place to inspect it. and yes, today morning sharp by 8am five of them(including 2 fiat person, one tata head and another two Tata workshop managers were already their at my residence. They have inspected and have guranteed us that they will definitely solve this problem. Hi Bishnoi, I can totally understand your situation as I am too facing problem with my 1.5 months punto. But belive me on being written to CEO , the Fiat quality managers have rched Kolkata to attend our car solely.. I was totally stunned when I got a call from customer service in Ranjangaon ju...st after eight hours of writing a stringent mail to CEO. There engineers have flown down overnight from Pune and are here to attend the problem... My car is there in the garage but buddy I can say that Fiat and Tata are trying their best to rectify the problem as soon as they can..so why dont you write a mail to CEO directlyRead More

Akhil!!! I really hope that it is an unfortunate case only for me. Even now my car is gasping for breath in the middle of so many tata cars in the service station.. I am totally satisfied with the tata guys who are trying their best to do their job.. Lets hope that CEO reply to one of the numerous... mails that I have shooted him so far.. ya I wanted to give my review as because, people who are willing to buy the same should check out on these aspects and also if anyone has gone through these ordeal so far.or may be it is only the case with me ... before we bought this car i knew that we will not be satisfied with the pick up and rev... factor but that wasnt our primary concern. We were truly looking for a reliable car and not a race car.
