Finally I received my Item yesterday evening via DTDC. Neither me nor the whole pepperfry team wasn’’t knowing the item has been shipped till then. Yesterday night they have sent me the AWB no.

Promised Dispatch - 7 days
08/8/2012 They st...arted telling Saturday, Sunday is not included for shipping. So wait till 10/8/2012
10/8/2012 They started telling Aug 2 was rakshabandhan, Aug 9 was Janmashtami.
Aug 11, 12 sat sun so wait till Aug 13
13/8/2012 Vendor could not meet the requirements. So unable to send the product. Cash refund in next 7 working days. Also asked my bank details for NTFS/RGFT remittance. Poor s/m they cant debit the cash back via Payment Gateway using which I have paid
14/8/2012 Morning - Your refund has been initiated. Will reflect back in another 7 working days
(ie 15 days i for them incl all the holz + weekenz)
So I Ordered a steam iron from Yebhi as pepperfry initiated the refund process
Evening - Yebhi status changed to shipped within 2 hours and got the AWB no
Pepperfry product reached my Bro’’s office. I was not there. So I wasnt

15/8/2012 1AM - Order has been dispatched. Got a mail with AWB no
8AM - Cancelled the order with Yebhi
8.30AM - Yebhi initiated the cancellation. As the item has already been shipped they
will tell the courier to hold the product. If by any chance shipment reaches
just return the prodcut w/o opening
10AM - Went to office and got my product. Good packaging. Pepperfry has delivered

I am an avid online shopper. What I have noticed with pepperfry is that they offer lucrative discount coupons like timtara. But their processing people are sleeping all the time and so shipment takes very slowly.
CC is open for 22 hrs. We may think its an added advantage. But they never respo...Read more

i can understand ur situation. I was also cheated by the same but somehow i managed to get my money back after 35th day of my purchase. try writing to ur payment gateway support@ebs.in.. if that does not work try flooding their mail id's.. pm me for details
