Please note in your response generated on 21st Oct to this thread: where you have mentioned that 'Any recurring /rental charges after your Final Bill Period, if applied in the Interim bill, shall be waived-off .' Then why have you contacted us through a 'so called Advocate Chauhan' who informed us ...that a legal case has been filed against us in Delhi Court for non payment of dues. Please take a look at the following transactions: Bill for July 26th to August 26th generated on August 26th - amount to be paid - Rs. 1710.00 Request for account deactivation made on 22nd August Bill paid before due date on 10th September with remittance of amount Rs. 1710.00 Note transaction Id - 1111795595TPC100915113324 Please note the user id: 1111795595 Kindly give us the details of the pending payment from our side and why we have to make it inspite of clearing all dues before due date. All dues were cleared along with all the gadgets handed over and the same was confirmed on call with the customer care executive. Then why are we all of a sudden asked to pay an amount of Rs. 765/- out of the blue? and since we are 2 months late on payment, we have been charged Rs.100/- every month. Has the company taken us, as costumers, for granted? who are they trying to fool? This is a blatant case of extortion. And the funny thing is that. their lawyers don't even know to speak in English. Latest update: Its been more than 15 days now and the Tikona Service is not yet disconnected. Upon calling the customer care, the executive Kavita Pandey (Employee Id: 4402) told me to 'log in and check if the issue is resolved'. This is their tactic, if we log in then we will be charged for this... month also. It took me good 15 minutes to explain her that I am seeking the status for disconnection and not remedy to resolve the issue. She finally assured me that the connection will be terminated within 48 hours. I also told her to send someone to collect the instruments within 2 days or else we are not responsible for them beyond that. Tikona as it is has decided to shut their mouth (on mouthshut literally) on my responses. There have been no responses from their end uptill now. Really.....shame on you Tikona.Read More

Yes. I know this. You are telling me what I am already aware of, but you have not addressed or 'resolved' (as you guys always call it) the main issue of unnecessary charges. To add to this, I recieve the following text message from Tikona when I have clearly stated that i wish to disconnect.........don't you guys understand English? or are you just trying to be dumb to test our patience? Same problem with us.....our usage shows we used up 18.66GB of data.....when infact most of the time the internet was not working. Moreover.....these guys are so useless.....they keep calling on a previously registered number inspite of officially changing the contact number ......
