It was only until last month, I was bragging about my awesome Tikona net connection, when it started getting shitty, it has never been so shitty in my 6 months experience.


They promised me a speed of 4 MBPS which I pay for, I am only given 1 MBPS on an average every day.


I am calling them everyday since last 4 days, they're only saying "Your problem will be resolved within 24 hours.". Its their standard empty promise since the last month, whether or not they understand our problem or even have any idea about how to solve the problem, they just say it.


Trust me guys, Tikona is not worth it anymore, I miss the old Tikona, the one I used to use a month ago. I am tired of this now, I am changing it in the next cycle too, if its not resolved any soon.


Update(8/31/15):


Today I called them again, the conversation went on for 34 minutes, I directly asked them to make me talk to the senior executive, it took him 10 mins to transfer though, but still he did transfer it. The senior executive promised me there will be a technician at my place and it will be resolved. Lets see how it turns out.

My speed is up to the point now(4 MBPS), thank you for that, but I see a lot of discrepancies in my usage history. My cycle starts from 26th of every month, I get 30 GBs to use from then. Its only 2nd today, and my usage history shows I have used 27 GBs already. I couldnt even use the internet well, leave alone using 27 GBs while I'm at it. I even saw an addition of GBs repeating. It showed same amount of GBs used by an unknown ip address at the same time, same duration. There are a lot of places where the data is used by unknown ip addresses. You can check it out in the photo I am attaching. I dont know when THAT much of data was used.


This is very unfair, cheating in fact. You cant just add on to my internet usage like that. I would have hardly used 5-7 GBs out of all that is shown in the usage history.


Also, for the rating, +1 and speed of connection(+2)(for solving my problem) and +1 for service and support. Connection reliability -1 for the discrepancies in my usage history.


I still dont like Tikona WiBro as all of the Social sites arent accessible for an unknown reason. The technician told me it wont start until 1-2 days.
