Which 70% rural population ur talking about ...go to some small town or small cities u'll find more of Splendor or tvs star kind of bikes...which gives more mileage and are low ...on maintenance. Go to mumbai or delhi u'll find more of Pulsars for its style,pickup,performance. Ur review is overtly Exaggerated.Read More
